The proposed mixed-use condominium by the Easton’s Group of Hotels on 387 Bloor Street East will consist of two buildings.  Tower A will have 49 storeys with an 8 storey base that steps down to 2 storeys fronting Bloor St E and Tower B will have 12 storeys fronting Selby St. joined by a one storey base.
